Since its inception in 2010, Oryx Property has grown from a strategic property advisory firm into multi-disciplinary property delivery entity and builder - Oryx Build - which creates, models, designs, manages, builds and sells residential properties. 

As a licensed builder, project manager, developer and strategic property advisor - Oryx Property works closely with private land owners, profit for purpose enterprises, the disability sector, the aged sector and other public and private enterprises to deliver residential housing outcomes - from inception to occupation. 

Originally founded by Matt Adcock and Cam Bryson, the Oryx Property team has expanded to include sales capacity and its construction arm - Oryx Build.
